First, Happy Birthday to Mrs. SID today!!

Indian Hill field hockey lost to Hudson 4-0 in the state semi-final game.  The Braves end their best season in two decades 12-5.  Congratulations to Coach Rose and the Braves.  Check out the story below.

The state championship cross country meet will be held on Saturday.  The location is new this year.  It will be held at Fortress Obetz in Memorial Park In Obetz, which is located south of Columbus off of I-270.  The area used to be the Columbus Speedway.  It covers a large area with the race finishing on the turf in front of a 6500 seat stadium.  I was at the place about two weeks ago and have a picture of the finish area on Twitter.  The CHL has runners in the two Division II races.  The boys' race will be at noon. Mariemont team (Sam Beeler, Bennett Turan, Ben Fahnestock, Santi Biro, Henry Buck, Andrew Chen, Martin Eisenhauer) will compete along with Ethan Henry from Madeira.  The girls' race will be at 1:00.  Lily Bauer of Mariemont will compete.

Saturday, Wyoming football will be in the Division IV regional finals.  They will be on the road at Clinton Massie at 7:00.  It will be the best D4 match up in the state since Massie is #1 and the Cowboys #3 in the state rankings.

Kusel Stadium in Mariemont will be busy Saturday.  At 3:00, Mariemont girls' soccer will host Cincinnati Country for the regional championships.  At 7:00, Mariemont boys' soccer will host Botkins for the regional championship.  The two Mariemont teams have a combined 37-0-3 record.
