Indian Girls' Soccer Will Play For State Title Friday


Indian Hill girls' soccer team shut out Sunbury Big Walnut 4-0 Tuesday in the State Semi-Finals.  Morgan Jackson had two goals and Anna Podojil & Ellie Podjil added a goal each.  Jackson has had 5 goals in the last two games.  Kate Marrs got her 9th shut-out of the season.   For the 3rd time in school history, the Braves (21-0-1) will be in the championship game in girls' soccer.  They were runner-ups in 2003 & 2004.  Indian Hill will take on Lake Catholic (18-3-1).  Lake Catholic is making it's first appearance in a state final game.  The game will be played at Mapfre Stadium, home of the Columbus Crew, on Friday at 3:30.
